About

Paul Henderson founded OnSight Home Inspections, LLC with 35+ years of experience in the construction industry as a carpenter, builder, construction project manager, architectural designer & project manager, and as a home inspector.

His CM experience is broad, from historical renovations to small scale structures, from complex Manhattan townhouse gut renovations to new modern construction. His experience in architectural design and project management is equally diverse from large private school renovations to new custom homes. Paul brings the same strong practical knowledge to his Home Inspections that he employed as project manager, understanding both the ideal and the possible.

The interrelationship of a homes systems and materials, plus their ages and conditions are the core of an OSHI report. These are often the primary concerns of a buyer or home owner since current labor and material costs can make repairs, replacements and renovations a challenge. If one or more of the systems will require significant cost to again become safe or reliable, the buyer or home owner should be informed of these findings.

Paul combines a familiarity with the physical, pragmatic and functional aspects of the systems with a visual forensic approach to identify the conditions that matter most. The above, coupled with a strong background in structures and a long-held interest in past and current building practices, gives Paul the necessary knowledge to help buyers and home owners alike understand the condition of the home. Thank you for choosing OSHI to perform your home inspection.
