Paul Henderson founded OnSight Home Inspections, LLC with 35+ years of immersion in the construction industry as a carpenter, builder, construction project manager, architectural project manager & designer, and as a home inspector. His multidisciplinary background provides a 360-degree view of the built environment, where practical field experience informs technical analysis. His unique perspective is further shaped by the fact that virtually every project he has led began with a rigorous, complete home inspection as the essential foundation for the process.

Paul’s construction management experience is broad—ranging from historical renovations to small-scale structures, and from complex New York City townhouse gut-renovations to new modern, single-family construction. His experience in architectural design and project management is equally diverse, from private school renovations to new custom homes. Paul brings this same strong practical knowledge to OSHI, understanding both the "ideal" design and the "possible" structural reality.

Combining a pragmatic understanding of home systems with a forensic eye for detail, Paul identifies the most critical property conditions. By applying the same diagnostic rigor required for major projects to every home inspection, he provides homeowners and buyers with the essential insights needed to make informed decisions.

The interrelationship of a homes systems and materials, plus their ages and conditions are the core of an OSHI report. These are often the primary concerns of a buyer or home owner since current labor and material costs can make repairs, replacements and renovations a financial challenge. If one or more of the systems will require significant cost to again become safe or reliable, the buyer or home owner should be informed of these findings.
