Paul Henderson founded OnSight Home Inspections, LLC with 35+ years of immersion in the construction industry as a carpenter, builder, construction project manager, architectural project manager & designer, and as a home inspector.

His CM experience is broad, from historical renovations to small scale structures, from complex New York City townhouse gut renovations to new modern, single family construction. His experience in architectural design and project management is equally diverse from private school renovations to new custom homes. Paul brings the same strong practical knowledge to OSHI uderstanding both the ideal and the possible. 

Combining a pragmatic understanding of home systems with a forensic eye for detail, Paul identifies the most critical property conditions. His structural background and extensive knowledge of building practices provide homeowners and buyers with the essential insights needed to make informed decisions.

The interrelationship of a homes systems and materials, plus their ages and conditions are the core of an OSHI report. These are often the primary concerns of a buyer or home owner since current labor and material costs can make repairs, replacements and renovations a financial challenge. If one or more of the systems will require significant cost to again become safe or reliable, the buyer or home owner should be informed of these findings.
